1- Advancing Livelihood Resilience for Widows in NW Syria
- Duration: September 6, 2024 – February 15, 2025 (6 months)
- Location: Dana City & Widows’ Camps
- Goal:
Empower widows and female-headed households by establishing small-scale businesses producing essential consumables.
🔹 Activities:
- Vocational Training for 48 Widowed Women
- Fields: dairy, baking, detergent making, mushroom farming
- Technical Capacity Building (24 Women)
- Two rounds of design, photography, and editing training (4 days, 12 women per round)
- Marketing Skills Training
- 3-day course on social media and local market strategies (12 women)
- Business & Financial Management Training
- 3-day course for 24 women covering planning, HR, accounting, and market analysis
- Start-Up Support
- $1,700 in raw materials and equipment for each group of 6 women to launch businesses
2- PSEA Community Outreach Fund
- Duration: October 22, 2024 – March 31, 2025 (6 months)
- Location: Northwest Syria – Idlib & Aleppo
- Goal:
Raise awareness on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) and ensure accessibility for people with disabilities.
🔹 Activities:
- Training Sessions for CACs & Community Members
- 10 awareness sessions for 100 participants (50 men & 50 women)
- Mobile Team Outreach
- 100 awareness sessions for:
- 2,000 women & girls
- 1,000 minorities
- 800 marginalized individuals
- 100 awareness sessions for:
- Braille Stickers
- 2,500 stickers with SEA-related content installed in key centers
- Audio Devices Installation
- 30 devices installed in health, community, and women’s centers with pre-recorded awareness messages
3- Saving Small Lives Center (SSLC)
- Duration: May 15, 2024 – November 15, 2024 (6 months)
- Location: Aleppo – Atareb & Kafr Karmin + surrounding camps
- Goal:
Improve children’s psychosocial well-being through evidence-based services and community outreach.
🔹 Outcomes:
- Access to protection and non-formal education for vulnerable children
- Increased community awareness of child protection
Safe, participatory, and accessible delivery of humanitarian aid
🔹 Activities:
- Recreational activities in Child-Friendly Spaces (CFS)
- Mobile team providing PSS in camps
- Referrals to specialized services
- Non-formal education for child laborers and dropouts
- Parenting skills workshops

4- Enhancing GBV Services through Women and Girls Safe Spaces (WGSS)

- English, literacy, and life skills courses

- First aid and GBV/PSS sessions
